As a white Latinx (Puerto Rican), queer, gender-nonbinary parent, I bring both personal and professional experience of recovering from the nonprofit and medical industrial complexes. I am also in ongoing recovery from childhood sexual abuse, incest, domestic violence, and the pressures of conformity, all of which inform the depth and compassion of my work. I use she/they/ella/elle pronouns, and as a native Spanish speaker, I provide bilingual care in English and Spanish. Since founding Presente Therapy in May 2022, I’ve been committed to work that is challenging, transformative, and intentionally beyond binaries. I ground my practice in radical care informed by transfeminism, body trust, abolition, and decolonization.

I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) as my primary therapeutic approach and am a Level 3 certified IFS therapist, also trained in IFIO for relational healing. I integrate these modalities to support clients in the preparation and integration phases of their psychedelic-assisted therapies, drawing on my MAPS training and experience as a ketamine-assisted therapist. I am currently deepening my learning in Somatic IFS and exploring kink/BDSM frameworks to better support clients through embodied, consent-centered approaches.

With an open presence together, we can gently witness and explore your experiences. I aim to cultivate a space that invites your full self to be present and fosters connection inside and beyond yourself. Together, we create a space that invites reflection, embodiment, and curiosity, allowing you to deepen your self-awareness. I approach therapy through harm reduction and person-centered care, integrating an understanding of neurodiversity and the broader influences of capitalism, patriarchy, racism, and white supremacy.

My practice is especially supportive for those seeking innovative healing modalities and a deeper connection to their bodies and inner multiplicity. I help clients cultivate greater self-awareness and presence within themselves and their communities. I also provide harm reduction, preparation, and integration for individuals with past or upcoming psychedelic experiences.
